In the present study to identify Indices of communicational skills of managers and their relation to job satisfaction, 96 selected person employees randomly and were responded to related questionnaires. Collected data were reviewed by using different methods of statistical analysis. The results of research indicate a meaningful difference between existing and desired situation of communication skills. This means that managers of the organization achieving to the desirable situation of communication skill are far. These results indicate the cause of many problems that in create off good communication between managers and employees in different organizations can be seen. In addition, research results showed that the relationship between indicators of communication skills and job satisfaction is positive and significant. In most sources talk about organizational behavior, job satisfaction as one of the outputs process of organizational behavior management is discussed And Considering the results obtained in this study, to achieve the desired level of job satisfaction, Improve the communication skills of managers, more attention should be.
