The present study set out to compare the effectiveness of cooperative and brain stroming learning on the student social adjustment and self-efficacy. Third year Male students of high school in Khoy city in the 2021-2022 educational year were the population of the study. 70 students were selected by using multi-stage cluster method. The 35 students were educated by cooperative learning and 35 students were educated by brain stroming learning methods. This Study was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with two experimental groups research. For data collection questionnaires adaptive bdhavior inventory for children (Lambert & et al, 1984) and cherer`s general self-efficacyquestionnaires were used. Collected data were analyzed by analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The results showed the effectiveness of cooperative and brain stroming learning on the student’s social adjustment and selfefficacy is significantly different. In other words the effect cooperative learning is more about increasing social adjustment than the brain stroming learning method, also, the effect of brain stroming learning on increasing self-efficacy is greater than the cooperative learning method.
