This study aimed to investigate the relationship between happiness and mindfulness with secondary teachers motivation Turkmen port city cross correlation method was implemented. The population of the study consisted of all male and female teachers from secondary schools participated in the Turkmen port city. The population was equal to 214 male teachers and 256 female teachers. The sample size of 212 teachers were estimated by Morgan. Samples were selected using stratified sampling, in proportion to the population of each gender and grade. Data were collected by questionnaire, Oxford welfare, mindfulness questionnaire Bauer et all(2006) and Herzberg's motivation scale and Using descriptive and inferential statistics were analyzed. The results showed that Happiness and mindfulness account for 9% of the variance job motivation of teachers. Also there is a significant relationship between happiness and motivation of teachers. Among components of job motivation positive relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and happiness there and Between mindfulness and motivation of teachers there was a significant relationship. There is a significant positive relationship between mindfulness and extrinsic job motivation, while there was no significant relationship between mindfulness and extrinsic job motivation. Among components of mindfulness practice with awareness only have a positive relationship with job motivation. Finally, the happiness, mindfulness and there is a significant difference between male and female teachers motivation. The average score of happiness, mindfulness and motivation among teachers was higher than that of male teachers.
