Among the factors that can be mentioned to as impressive factors in survival of an organization and must always be considered by managers and the people in charge , are the motivation among employees , the factors that can be effective on it ,and the important role of this motivation in applicability and effectiveness of organizations. Considering the importance of motivation it is attempted to carry out a research on it comparing Mazandaran Medical University and Sari Azad University. This research has been done with objective Comparison of valuation factors motivation beetween employees eslamic azad university with mazandaran university of medical sciense until determine performance this universities employees motivation forces.The research methodology is survey. Research statistical population are 1753 person of personal eslamic azad university with mazandaran university of medical sciense . Sampling method was classifical random and for determination sample volume has been used of statistical methods. In the case participated 384 person in this research? Data collection has been done by questionnaire .for determination questionnaire validity have been used content and formal validity and reliability of questionnaire was studied with utilization of cronbach, alpha and was calculate ./805 the research data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistics such as (mean, vrians and standard deviation) and inferential statistics such as (one group t test, independent two groups). The research finding demonstrate that: There are significant different beetween factors employees eslamic azad university with mazandaran university of medical sciense .
